Mental Health Telemetry (MHT) is an interactive, web-based application that allows users to track their daily mood through carefully developed questionnaires, which assess specific areas such as sleep quality, irritability, and appetite. Once the data is submitted, patients can see their mood changes over time, among other patterns.

Working with Dr. David Kreindler from Sunnybrook Hospital, we created a multimedia library for MHT. Depending on the patient’s own health metrics, our animated gifs featuring self-help tips are pushed to the patients. This promotes self-management of symptoms before they become severe, which is an important step towards making healthcare accessible.
