Tencent, one of the world’s largest tech companies, embarked on a groundbreaking initiative in 2019 to enhance public health education in China. The result was Tencent Medipedia, a multi-platform application boasting hundreds of thousands of entries covering diseases, symptoms, medications, surgeries, anatomy, and more. Recognizing the need for engaging and educational visuals, Tencent sought our collaboration to create a comprehensive anatomy atlas as part of Medipedia’s content.

Our task was to develop a robust anatomy atlas collection aligning with Tencent Medipedia’s diverse entries. Despite facing challenges, including a tight deadline and the necessity for uniqueness in each of the medical illustrations, our team rose to the occasion. The accurate depiction of the anatomy involved in each illustration calls for extensive research and meticulous attention to detail. A high artistic standard was also set in place in ortoder to achieve visually impactful images.
